Cancellation Policy
At Preeminent Detailing, we take immense pride in delivering unparalleled care and precision to your vehicle. To maintain our high standards and ensure a seamless experience for both our team and clients, we have outlined the following policies. Booking and Deposits 25% Deposit Requirement: To secure your booking, we require a 25% deposit. This ensures your reserved slot and enables us to allocate the necessary time, resources, and materials to prepare for your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is provided (see cancellation policy below). Cancellations and Rescheduling Notice Period for Changes: We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your slot to another client. Cancellations or rescheduling made within less than 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of the 25% deposit. Missed Appointments: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the 25% deposit will be retained, and a new deposit will be required to book another session. Preparation and Expectations Commitment to Quality: Our services are designed to achieve perfection and provide the highest level of care for your vehicle. This requires sufficient time and focus for our team to complete each task to the best of our ability. We ask that customers ensure they have no prearranged plans or commitments that could result in the need to rush our service. We do not rush our work. Our process is meticulous to ensure your vehicle leaves in pristine condition. Vehicle Access and Readiness: Please ensure that the vehicle is clean of personal belongings before the appointment. This allows us to focus entirely on detailing and prevents delays. Access to a water supply and electrical outlet may be required for certain services; please confirm availability prior to your booking. Refunds and Satisfaction Service Quality Guarantee: At Preeminent Detailing, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the results, please inform us before leaving so we can address any concerns immediately. Refunds are not issued once a service has been completed, but we will gladly rectify any issues that may arise during or immediately after the service.
